At the heart of this recognition lies the voice of the students themselves. Each year, we encourage students to nominate their mentors, allowing them to express their gratitude for the exceptional guidance, encouragement, and support they have received.
The "Outstanding Mentor Award" ceremony is not solely about celebrating exceptional mentors; it is also an opportunity to laud the exceptional growth and progress of individual mentees. Mentors have the chance to nominate their mentees who have shown remarkable dedication and remarkable improvement throughout their mentorship journeys.
